Are you ready to join the Silly Squad with St Helens Library Service?

If yes, we’ve got a challenge for you, mission accepted!

For all you bookworms out there, it’s time to join the Summer Reading Challenge.

The theme is ‘Silly Squad’ in recognition of funny books, happiness and laughter.

This year the Summer Reading Challenge is going digital and you can sign up at www.sillysquad.org.uk

We would love as many children as possible in St Helens to sign up to the challenge! Just register your details on the website, create your profile and set your own personal reading challenge for the summer. You can read any books of your choice, and don’t forget you can access the library eBook service, Borrowbox, free! with your library card.

The challenge launches on Wednesday 1st July and you have until Tuesday 1 September to read your books and complete the challenge.

Follow the ‘St Helens Library Service’ Facebook page to view our range of digital events throughout the summer, featuring ‘Silly Squad’ themed crafts, activities, book reviews and ofcourse lots of fun!
